About The Association
Brea Village Homeowners Association governs 121 homes located in the northern section of the city of Brea, California 92821. The track consists of 48 Gallery Homes and 73 Village Homes. The association maintains slopes, selected front yards, common fencing, and a fish monument.
Directions to association homes
- 57 freeway north
- Left (west) on Lambert
- Right (north) on State College
- Right on Balsa Rd.
- Up to end of Balsa Rd (stop sign)
- Gallery homes are up to the left on Forbes Dr., Village homes are up to right on Carmichael.
